Composing music with Electroplankton 
Mark Frauenfelder: Thomas at Milezero is a musician who has written a number of interesting tutorials about composing with Electroplankton. Electroplankton is a Nintendo DS title that lets you make amazing music by moving around little digital lifeforms. (Here's my previous entry about it.)
